Devaraja Market

Today is about the Devaraja Market. It's hard to overemphasize the importance of this market to the city of Mysore. An absolute must for Mysore visitor if you want to see everyday life of Indian. A rickshaw ride from Gokulam would cost around 40 Rupee.

วันนี้จะพาไปเที่ยวตลาดเทวราชากันครับ เป็นตลาดขายพืชผักผลไม้ และสินค้าต่าง ๆ ที่ใหญ่มาก ๆ ใจกลางเมืองมัยซอร์ มาแล้วจะได้เห็นชีวิตประจำวันของคนที่นี่ว่าเป็นยังไงกัน ถ้านั่งตุ๊ก ตุ๊กมาจาก Gokulam ก็คงประมาณซัก 40 รูปีได้

The market is more vibrant in the morning, so I'd recommend a visit during this time. There are more people, both the locals and visitors, in the market. A visit in the afternoon may be more intimidating.

แนะนำว่ามาตอนเช้าน่าจะดีกว่า เพราะคนเยอะและคึกคักดี ตอนบ่าย ๆ คนจะโล่ง ๆ อาจจะทำให้เห็นความสกปรกเพิ่มขึ้น แล้วบางมุมของตลาดก็จะมืด ๆ หน่อยอาจจะดูน่ากลัว ๆ อยู่

A really good bookstore outside the market. They have interesting selection of books, especially on yoga and eastern philosophy.
